INGREDIENTS: Romaine Lettuce Cleaned & Dried – 200g Croutons – 125g Romano Cheese – 50g Red Onion – 25g Chimichurri Caesar Dressing – 80ml
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Wash and tear romaine lettuce into bite size, place in bowl. 2. Peel and slice onion thinly ino the same bowl. 3. Add in croutons and grated romano cheese. 4. Add Chimichurri Caesar Dressing and toss the salad. 5. Divide into 2 portions and serve.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE: Eat as soon as possible after preparation.
