INGREDIENTS: Rice Paper Wrap – 6pc 36/40 Cooked Shrimp – 18pc Fresh Mango or Carrot – 50g Red Pepper (optional) – 50g Cucumber – 50g Mix Greens – 50g Chimichurri Caesar Dressing – 80ml
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Fill a medium bowl with luke warm water. 2. Peel and cut mango or carrot into thin strips. Cut red pepper and cucumber into thin strips, removing any seeds. 3. Wash and dry mix greens. Place rice paper into warm water bowl one sheet at a time. 4. Remove rice paper when It becomes soft and place it on a dry cutting board. 5. Assembly order: Mix greens, dressing, 3 pieces of shrimp, mango or carrot, red pepper and cucumber. 6. Fold both sides in and begin wrapping from the bottom away from you. Tuck ingredients in as you fold. 7. Repeat 5 more times. Cut in half arrange on serving plates and decorate
RECOMMENDED STORAGE: Serve immediately. Store unused rice paper in dry place.
