INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Peel and cut onion into thin slices. Cut Red Pepper in half, remove seeds and cut into thin slices. 2. Wash and roughly chop cilantro. Pre-heat a skillet to medium heat. 3. Sauté onion and pepper throughly. Add raw beef strips with cilantro. 4. Finish with Chipotle Ranch Dressing. Stir well and remove from heat. 5. Fill each tortilla with 25% of the cooked filling and cheese. Fold in half. 6. Serve.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE: Filled tortillas can be stored in a sealed container and refrigerated for 24 hours.
