INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Wash tomatoes. Halve, remove seeds and cut into small dice. 2. Drain and rinse black beans and corn. Let air dry for few minutes. 3. Wash and roughly chop cilantro and parsley. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. 4. Add Chipotle Ranch Dressing into dry ingerdients and mix well. 5. Divide portions into 2 and serve.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE: Store in a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
